Job Title: Worship Leader 

Reports To: Rector (William Stuart-Lee) 

Status: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week, depending on need); annual salary is 40K. Sunday hours are 7:30AM to 1PM. 

Job Summary 

Church of the Holy Spirit is seeking a Worship Leader who has a passionate heart for God, a love for the presence of the Holy Spirit and a desire to equip and encourage others to go deeper in worship. The Worship Leader will lead the congregation in worship on Sundays and at other, special events. The Worship Leader will oversee the worship team and coordinate and lead all aspects of the worship. They will seek to raise up and release new members of the worship team. They will help the Rector with the potential launch of a second Sunday morning service. 

Qualifications, Education, and Experience 

The ideal candidate will be gifted and experienced in leading contemporary worship. Any additional experience in leading choirs, drama and multimedia presentations is appreciated, but not a requisite for the role. 

The successful candidate must be a Christian who is passionate about worshipping Jesus and excited to lead others into the presence of God! As a church community, we want to go deeper in worship.
